Look, we weren't always this setup. Started with just two bays, a dream, and way too much coffee. Our founder had been working at dealerships for years and got tired of the upsell game. Figured there had to be a better way to treat people who just wanted their car fixed right.

Word got around faster than we expected. Turns out people actually appreciate honesty and not getting ripped off. Who knew? Had to expand quick - brought in some seriously talented techs who'd also had enough of the dealer BS. Each one brought their own specialty to the table.

Getting SeriousInvested In Pro-Level Diagnostics
Dropped serious cash on the kind of diagnostic equipment that most independent shops can't justify. Factory-level scan tools, oscilloscopes, the works. Modern European cars are basically computers on wheels, and you can't fix 'em with a hammer and prayer anymore. We wanted to be able to handle anything that rolled through the door.

Brought in a tuning specialist who'd spent years at a performance shop in Germany. Now we're pushing safe, reliable power gains that won't grenade your engine.
